Do You Have Concerns About:

How To Apply For Forgiveness Of Your PPP Loan?

Completing The Forgiveness Application Properly?

That The Total Amount Of Your PPP Loan Won’t Be Forgiven?

TRP Sumner has been closely following the legislation surrounding the CARES Act and analyzing the various specifics of the PPP loan forgiveness process. The Small Business Administration (SBA) is now accepting PPP loan forgiveness applications from banks and financial institutions. Our firm stands ready to advise and assist you in navigating the process with the goal of helping you properly file your forgiveness application and realize the maximum forgiveness amount possible.

Our staff can assist you in several ways. It is important to know that “Not One Size Fits All”.

1.     There are three applications to choose from when starting the forgiveness process. Each form is specific to the loan amount received. Please keep in mind as the loan amount increases, the form complexities and documentation processes become more involved and time consuming.

2.     Don’t stress! You have time to file your forgiveness application. It’s important to remember that you have 10 months after the 24-week covered period ends to file your forgiveness application.

3.     TRP Sumner is available to assist you with:

  • Preparing applications to submit to lenders,
  • Assembling documentation to support loan forgiveness applications, and
  • Reviewing applications you have prepared for accuracy and completeness.

4.     We welcome the opportunity to help you and your business. Our goal is always to exceed our clients’ expectations with the services we provide. In consideration of meeting all our clients’ service needs, we will be able to assist you during the month of November 2020 and prior to December 15, 2020 with your PPP loan applications. We will be available to resume work on PPP loan forgiveness applications after April 15, 2021.

If you would like assistance in preparing your PPP loan forgiveness application, please email us at [email protected]. One of our qualified team members will promptly be in touch with you to begin this process.

If you have received a PPP loan and have questions about your forgiveness application or its filing deadline, please give us a call at one of our three locations in Fayetteville and Dunn, NC. Our goal is to provide you the best advice for your situation, and in turn, maximize your loan forgiveness amount.

We helped you with the application to secure the loan, and we are here to help with the forgiveness of that loan.

*Please note that your lender may request additional information when submitting your loan forgiveness application package. Our PPP loan package contains the standard documents required by the SBA. Also, our fees will be based on the complexity of your application package and the time spent preparing it.
